Katie & Steve fell in love with the Yorkshire Coast years ago and now split their time between a caravan near Bridlington (their daughter’s favourite place in the world!) and their home inland in Nottinghamshire.

When they saw The Beach House Yorkshire for sale, they couldn’t believe it hadn’t been snapped up by someone already… but a look inside explained why. The property was run down and badly needed work, but with the stunning views it offered over Cayton Bay and across to Scarborough Castle, they decided to take on the project and spent months lovingly renovating it.

Now, The Beach House Yorkshire has been transformed into a cosy haven by the sea. Katie & Steve pride themselves on offering a warm welcome to guests of all ages, and are especially welcoming of dogs, who are part of the family and deserve a great holiday just as much as humans!
